## SEC. 210 CONSISTENT USE OF FINANCIAL TERMINOLOGY **[**[12 U.S.C. 3305](/us/usc/t12/s3305) nt**]** Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Financial Institutions Examination Council shall report to the Congress on its recommendations for the use of consistent financial terminology by depository institutions for small business loans or leases of personal property which are sold for the creation of small business related securities (as defined in section 3(a)(53)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934). ## Subtitle B Small Business Capital Enhancement
