## SEC. 40605 DISBURSEMENT **[**[34 U.S.C. 12404](/us/usc/t34/s12404)**]** Not later than 90 days after the receipt of an application under this subtitle, the Attorney General shall either provide grant funds or shall inform the applicant why grant funds are not being provided.
