## SEC. 320934 NON-DISCHARGEABILITY OF PAYMENT OF RESTITUTION ORDER Section 523(a) of title 11, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “or” at the end of paragraph (11); ####

(2)by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(12)and inserting “; or”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(13) > > for any payment of an order of restitution issued under title 18, United States Code.” > .
