## SEC. 320918 SENSE OF CONGRESS CONCERNING CHILD CUSTODY AND VISITATION RIGHTS It is the sense of the Congress that in determining child custody and visitation rights, the courts should take into consideration the history of drunk driving that any person involved in the determination may have.
