## SEC. 320914 CLARIFICATION OF DEFINITION OF A “COURT OF THE UNITED STATES” TO INCLUDE THE DISTRICT COURTS FOR GUAM, THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, AND THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ###
(a)In General Chapter 1 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: > > ## “§ 23 Court of the United States defined > > “As used in this title, except where otherwise expressly provided the term ‘**court of the United States**’ includes the District Court of Guam, the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, and the District Court of the Virgin Islands.” > . ###
(b)Technical Amendment The chapter analysis for chapter 1 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new item:" “23. Court of the United States defined.” ".
