## SEC. 320609 DEFINITION OF 1-YEAR PERIOD FOR PURPOSES OF THE OFFENSE OF OBSTRUCTION OF A FEDERAL AUDIT Section 1516(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “ section the term ” and inserting ``section— > > #### “(1) > > the term” > ; ####
(2)by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(2) > > the term ‘**in any 1 year period**’ has the meaning given to the term ‘**in any one-year period**’ in section 666.” > . ## Subtitle G Safer Streets and Neighborhoods
