## SEC. 31912 ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE GRANTS **[**[34 U.S.C. 12252](/us/usc/t34/s12252)**]** To be eligible to receive a grant under section 31911, a State shall submit to the Attorney General an application at such time, in such form, and containing such information as the Attorney General reasonably may require by rule.
