## SEC. 31132 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ###
(a)In General There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out chapters 1 and 2— ####
(1)$45,000,000 for fiscal year 1996; ####
(2)$72,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; ####
(3)$76,500,000 for fiscal year 1998; and ####
(4)$76,500,000 for fiscal year 1999. ###
(b)Earmarks Of the aggregate amount appropriated under subsection
(a)for each fiscal year— ####
(1)60 percent shall be available to carry out chapter 1; and ####
(2)40 percent shall be available to carry out chapter 2. ###
(c)Amounts Amounts appropriated under subsection
(a)shall remain available for expenditure without fiscal year limitation.
