## SEC. 30403 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ###
(a)In General There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle— ####
(1)$37,000,000 for fiscal year 1995; ####
(2)$103,500,000 for fiscal year 1996; ####
(3)$121,500,000 for fiscal year 1997; ####
(4)$153,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; ####
(5)$193,500,000 for fiscal year 1999; and ####
(6)$201,500,000 for fiscal year 2000. ###
(b)Programs Of the amounts appropriated under subsection
(a)for any fiscal year— ####
(1)70 percent shall be made available to carry out section 30401; and ####
(2)30 percent shall be made available to carry out section 30402. **[**Subtitle G was repealed by section 1154(b)(2) of Public Law 109–162**]** ## Subtitle H Police Recruitment
