## SEC. 270008 REPORT; TERMINATION Not later than 2 years after the date on which the Commission is fully constituted under section 270001, the Commission shall submit a detailed report to the Congress and the President containing its findings and recommendations. The Commission shall terminate 30 days after the submission of its report.
