## SEC. 20112 REPORT BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL **[**[34 U.S.C. 12112](/us/usc/t34/s12112)**]** Beginning on October 1, 1996, and each subsequent July 1 thereafter, the Attorney General shall report to the Congress on the implementation of this subtitle, including a report on the eligibility of the States under sections 20103 and 20104, and the distribution and use of funds under this subtitle. ## Subtitle B Punishment for Young Offenders
