## SEC. 200112 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle $50,000,000 for fiscal year 1999, $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2000, $90,000,000 for fiscal year 2001, and $90,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2005. ## Subtitle B Law Enforcement Scholarship Program
