## Sec. 802 Maintenance of the Fund **[**[22 U.S.C. 4042](/us/usc/t22/s4042)**]** The Secretary of the Treasury shall maintain the special fund known as the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund (hereinafter in this subchapter referred to as the “Fund”), originally created by section 18 of the Act of May 24, 1924 (43 Stat. 144).
