## SEC. 511 REPORT ON THE USE OF FOREIGN FROZEN OR BLOCKED ASSETS Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report containing a detailed accounting analysis and justification for all expenditures made from the assets of foreign governments that have been frozen or blocked by the United States Government, including expenditures from frozen or blocked assets of Haiti, Iraq, and Iran.
