## SEC. 237 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EAST TIMORESE STUDENTS Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Information Agency shall make available for each of the fiscal years 1994 and 1995, scholarships for East Timorese students qualified to study in the United States for the purpose of studying at the undergraduate level in a United States college or university. Each scholarship made available under this subsection shall be for not less than one semester of study.
