## SEC. 128 REPORT ON CONSOLIDATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State, jointly with the Director of the United States Information Agency, the Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, and the Administrator of the Agency for International Development) shall submit, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, a report concerning the feasibility of consolidating domestic administrative operations for the Department of State, the Agency for International Development, the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and the United States Information Agency.
Such report shall include specific recommendations for implementation.
