## SEC. 106 UNITED STATES ARMS CONTROL AND DISARMAMENT AGENCY ### (a)22 Authorization of Appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of the Arms Control and Disarmament Act— 22The Department of State and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994 (title V of Public Law 103–121; 107 Stat. 1189), provided the following: ``Arms Control and Disarmament Agency ``arms control and disarmament activities ``For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided, for arms control and disarmament activities, including not to exceed $100,000 for official reception and representation expenses, authorized by the Act of September 26, 1961, as amended (22 U.S.C. 2551 et seq.), $53,500,000, of which not less than $9,500,000 is available until expended only for payment of United States contributions to the Preparatory Commission for the Organization on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.''. ####
(1)$53,500,000 for the fiscal year 1994 and $59,292,000 for the fiscal year 1995; and ####
(2)such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1994 and 1995 for increases in salary, pay, retirement, other employee benefits authorized by law, and other nondiscretionary costs, and to offset adverse fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates. ###
(b)Technical and Conforming Amendments Section 49 of the Arms Control and Disarmament Act (22 U.S.C. 2589) is amended— ####
(1)by striking subsection (a); and ####
(2)in the first sentence of subsection
