## SEC. 548 TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY TRANSFER COSTS **[**[16 U.S.C. 460lll–48](/us/usc/t16/s460lll–48)**]** Any costs incurred by Tennessee Valley Authority associated with the transfer under this subtitle shall be derived from funding described in section 549.
