## SEC. 2418 AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER SUMMER TRAVEL AND WORK PROGRAMS **[**[22 U.S.C. 1474 note](/us/usc/t22/s1474)**]** The Director of the United States Information Agency is authorized to administer summer travel and work programs without regard to preplacement requirements.
