## SEC. 2223 REPEAL OF OUTDATED CONSULAR RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS Sections 1726, 1727, and 1728 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (22 U.S.C. 4212, 4213, and 4214), as amended (relating to accounting for consular fees) are repealed.
