## SEC. 2206 FEE FOR USE OF DIPLOMATIC RECEPTION ROOMS Title I of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2651a et seq.), as amended by this division, is further amended by adding at the end the following new section: > > ## “SEC. 54 FEE FOR USE OF DIPLOMATIC RECEPTION ROOMS > > “The Secretary is authorized to charge a fee for use of the diplomatic reception rooms of the Department of State. Amounts collected under this section (including reimbursements and surcharges) shall be deposited as an offsetting collection to any Department of State appropriation to recover the costs of such use and shall remain available for obligation until expended.” > .
