## SEC. 2103 GRANTS TO THE ASIA FOUNDATION Section 404 of The Asia Foundation Act (title IV of Public Law 98–164) is amended to read as follows: > > ## “Sec. 404 > > There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for grants to The Asia Foundation pursuant to this title.” > .
