## SEC. 204 REPEAL OF OWNERSHIP SAVINGS CLAUSE ###

(a)Repeal Section 7(b) of the Commercial Fishing Industry Vessel Anti-Reflagging Act of 1987 (Public Law 100–239; 46 U.S.C. 12102 note) is hereby repealed. ###
