## SEC. 1131 COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION **[**[7 U.S.C. 1421 note](/us/usc/t7/s1421)**]** Subject to section 1132, the Secretary shall use the funds, facilities, and authorities of the Commodity Credit Corporation to carry out subtitles A, B, and C of this title.
