## SEC. 246 CAPABILITY OF NATIONAL MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that any National Missile Defense system deployed by the United States is capable of defeating the threat posed by the Taepo Dong II missile of North Korea.
