## SEC. 1421 PROCUREMENT OF DETECTION EQUIPMENT UNITED STATES BORDER SECURITY **[**[50 U.S.C. 2331](/us/usc/t50/s2331)**]** Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301, $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of— ####
(1)equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; ####
(2)equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and ####
(3)materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph
(1)or (2).
