## Sec. 553 Administrative Authorities **[**[22 U.S.C. 2348c](/us/usc/t22/s2348c)**]** Except where expressly provided to the contrary, any reference in any law to part I of this Act shall be deemed to include reference to this chapter and any reference in any law to part II of this Act shall be deemed to exclude reference to this chapter.
