## SEC. 1020 PUBLIC SCHOOLS **[**[20 U.S.C. 6066](/us/usc/t20/s6066)**]** Except as provided in section 310, nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize the use of funds under title III of this Act to directly or indirectly benefit any school other than a public school. **[**Section 1021 made amendments to section 421(h) of the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act (20 U.S.C. 2421(h)).**]**
