## SEC. 304 DURATION OF PORT PRIVILEGES DENIAL **[**[16 U.S.C. 1823 note](/us/usc/t16/s1823)**]** Any denial of port privileges under section 303 with respect to any fishing vessel of a nation shall remain in effect until such nation is no longer listed under section 303(b).
