## SEC. 641 COMPLIANCE BY OWNERS AS CONDITION OF FEDERAL ASSISTANCE **[**[42 U.S.C. 13601](/us/usc/t42/s13601)**]** The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall require owners of federally assisted housing (as such term is defined in section 683(2)), as a condition of receiving housing assistance for such housing, to comply with the procedures and requirements established under this subtitle.
