## SEC. 1379A PRIVATE RIGHTS OF ACTION **[**[12 U.S.C. 4638](/us/usc/t12/s4638)**]** This title and the amendments made by this title shall not create any private right of action on behalf of any person against a regulated entity74, or any director or executive officer of an enterprise74, or impair any existing private right of action under other applicable law. 74Section 1156(b)(2) of Public Law 111–289, 122 Stat. 2777, amended this section by striking “an enterprise” and inserting “a regulated entity”. The term to be struck appeared twice in this section.
