## SEC. 1379 NOTICE AFTER SEPARATION FROM SERVICE **[**[12 U.S.C. 4637](/us/usc/t12/s4637)**]** The resignation, termination of employment or participation, or separation of a director or executive officer of a regulated entity shall not affect the jurisdiction and authority of the Director to issue any notice and proceed under this subtitle against any such director or executive officer, if such notice is served before the end of the 6-year period beginning on the date such director or executive officer ceases to be associated with the regulated entity.73 73Section 1157 of Public Law 110–289, 122 Stat. 2777, made numerous amendments to this section replacing references to “directors”, “officers”, and enterprise''.
Such amendments could not be executed because of previous amendments to this section made by section 1156(b) of such Public Law.
