## SEC. 1344 ENFORCEMENT AND JURISDICTION **[**[12 U.S.C. 4584](/us/usc/t12/s4584)**]** ###
(a)Enforcement The Secretary may request the Attorney General of the United States to bring an action54 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for the enforcement of any effective notice or order issued under section 1341 or 1345. Such court shall have jurisdiction and power to order and require compliance herewith. 54Section 1130(e)(1) of Public Law 110–289 (122 Stat. 2711) attempted to amend section 1344(a) by striking “The Secretary may request the Attorney General of the United States to bring a civil action” and inserting “The Director may bring a civil action”. Such amendment was not carried out because the matter proposed to be struck does not appear. ###
(b)Limitation on Jurisdiction Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, no court shall have jurisdiction to affect, by injunction or otherwise, the issuance or enforcement of any notice or order under section 1341 or 1345, or to review, modify, suspend, terminate, or set aside any such notice or order.
