## SEC. 106 SEVERABILITY ###
(a)In General Section 503A (21 U.S.C. 353a) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “unsolicited”; ####
(2)by striking subsection (c); ####
(3)by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(f)as subsections
(c)through (e), respectively; and ####
(4)in subsection (b)(1)(A)(i)(III), by striking “subsection (d)” and inserting “subsection (c)”. ###
(b)Severability **[**[21 U.S.C. 301 note](/us/usc/t21/s301)**]** If any provision of this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability of this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected.
