## SEC. 3 CONFORMING AMENDMENT TO TITLE 18 OF THE UNITED STATES CODE Section 1122(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or in accordance with all applicable guidelines and regulations made by the Secretary of Health and Human Services under section 377E of the Public Health Service Act” after “research or testing”.
