## SEC. 303 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MEXICO **[**[43 U.S.C. 1356b note](/us/usc/t43/s1356b)**]** The Agreement between the United States of America and the United Mexican States Concerning Transboundary Hydrocarbon Reservoirs in the Gulf of Mexico, signed at Los Cabos, February 20, 2012, is hereby approved.
