## SEC. 1109 EXTENSION OF EXISTING FUNDING FOR CONTRACT WITH CONSENSUS-BASED ENTITY Section 1890(d) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: “Amounts transferred under the preceding sentence shall remain available until expended.”.
