## SEC. 1603 APPLICATION TO IRAN OF CERTAIN IRAQ SANCTIONS **[**[50 U.S.C. 1701 note](/us/usc/t50/s1701)**]** The sanctions against Iraq specified in paragraphs
(1)through
(4)of section 586G(a) of the Iraq Sanctions Act of 1990 (as contained in Public Law 101–513), including denial of export licenses for United States persons and prohibitions on United States Government sales, shall be applied to the same extent and in the same manner with respect to Iran.
