## SEC. 211 AUTHORITY **[**[42 U.S.C. 12741](/us/usc/t42/s12741)**]** The Secretary is authorized to make funds available to participating jurisdictions for investment to increase the number of families served with decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing and expand the long-term supply of affordable housing in accordance with provisions of this subtitle.
