## SEC. 2335 REGULATIONS **[**[7 U.S.C. 950aaa–4](/us/usc/t7/s950aaa–4)**]** Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996, the Secretary shall issue regulations to carry out this chapter.
