## SEC. 1469 REPORT **[**[7 U.S.C. 4201 note](/us/usc/t7/s4201)**]** Not later than September 30, 1992, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture shall prepare and submit, to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate, a report concerning the operation of the program established under this chapter.
