## SEC. 706 COORDINATION WITH CDBG AND UDAG PROGRAMS **[**[42 U.S.C. 11505](/us/usc/t42/s11505)**]** It is the policy of the Congress that amounts provided under the community development block grant and urban development action grant programs under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 shall not be reduced in any fiscal year in which the provisions of this title are in effect.
