## SEC. 73B AUTHORITY RELATING TO MTCR ADHERENTS **[**[22 U.S.C. 2797b–2](/us/usc/t22/s2797b–2)**]** Notwithstanding section 73(b), the President may take the actions under section 73(a)(2) under the circumstances described in section 74(b)(2).
