## SEC. 7348 DEPORTATION FOR WEAPONS VIOLATION ###
(a)In General Section 241(a)(14) (8 U.S.C. 1251(a)(14)) is amended by inserting after “law” the following: “any firearm or destructive device (as defined in paragraphs
(3)and (4)), respectively, of section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code, or any revolver or”. ###
(b)Applicability The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply to any alien convicted, on or after the date of the enactment of this Act, of possessing any firearm or destructive device referred to in such subsection.
