## SEC. 7341 AMENDMENTS TO THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT Except as otherwise specifically provided in this subtitle, whenever in this subtitle an amendment or repeal is expressed as an amendment to, or repeal of, a provision, the reference shall be deemed to be made to the Immigration and Nationality Act.
