(a)Repeal of Certain Report Requirements ####
(1)Section 1130 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 1996 (33 U.S.C. 2720 note) is amended by striking subsection (b). ####
(2)Section 112 of the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002 (46 U.S.C. 70101 note) is repealed. ####
(3)Section 676 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (d). ####
(4)Section 355 of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
(h)and redesignating subsection
(i)as subsection (h). ####
(5)Section 205 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 (14 U.S.C. 637 note) is amended by striking subsection (d). ###
(b)Combination of Fisheries Enforcement Plans and Foreign Fishing Incursion Reports **[**[16 U.S.C. 1828 note](/us/usc/t16/s1828)**]** The Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall combine the reports required under section 224 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 (16 U.S.C. 1861b) and section 804 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 (16 U.S.C. 1828) into a single annual report for fiscal years beginning after fiscal year 2010. No report shall be required under this subsection, including that no report shall be required under section 224 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 or section 804 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006, for fiscal years beginning after fiscal year 2014.
