## SEC. 11 AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PARENT LOCATOR SERVICE IN DETERMINING WHEREABOUTS OF PARENT OR CHILD Section 463 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 663) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “under this section” in subsection
(b)and inserting “under subsection (a)”; ####
(2)by striking “under this section” where it first appears in subsection
(c)and inserting “under subsection (a), (b), or (e)”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(e) > > The Secretary shall enter into an agreement with the Central Authority designated by the President in accordance with section 7 of the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, under which the services of the Parent Locator Service established under section 453 shall be made available to such Central Authority upon its request for the purpose of locating any parent or child on behalf of an applicant to such Central Authority within the meaning of section 3(1) of that Act. The Parent Locator Service shall charge no fees for services requested pursuant to this subsection.” > .
