## SEC. 11 LIFE OF THE COMMISSION Upon the expiration of the 120-day period following the date on which the final report is submitted pursuant to section 10, the Commission shall cease to exist, but in no event shall the life of the Commission exceed 2 years from the date of enactment of this Act.
