## SEC. 504 BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE The second sentence of section 1111(a)(2) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 531(a)(2)) is amended by striking “Attorney General” the first place it appears and inserting “President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate”.
