## SEC. 408 AMENDMENT TO AMENDATORY LANGUAGE **[**[18 U.S.C. 2339C note](/us/usc/t18/s2339C)**]** Section 6604 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 is amended (effective on the date of the enactment of that Act)— ####
(1)by striking “Section 2339c(c)(2)” and inserting “Section 2339C(c)(2)”; and ####
(2)by striking “Section 2339c(e)” and inserting “Section 2339C(e)”.
